Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of skin flap transfusion fine management combined with periodic functional exercise on the rehabilitation of patients with hand injury skin flap transplantation.Methods A total of 70 patients with hand injury who received skin flap transplantation in our hospital from August 2022 to March 2024 were divided into 2 groups by random number table method.35 patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and 35 patients in the observation group received skin flap transfusion fine management combined with periodic functional exercise intervention on the basis of the control group.The skin flap sign score,brief Michiganhand outcomes questionnaire score,excellent and good rate of skin flap sensory recovery and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The skin flap sign scores of the observation group patients at 3 and 7 days after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with preoperative results,both groups of patients showed an improvement in the Michigan Hand Function Summary Scale score at 3 months postoperatively,and the observation group had a higher score than the control group at 3 months postoperatively,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(5.71%)was lower than that in the control group(25.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The skin flap transfusion fine management combined with periodic functional exercise intervention can effectively accelerate the recovery of skin flap in patients with hand injury skin flap transplantation,promote the recovery of hand function,and reduce postoperative complications.关键词
