Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients undergoing aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods A total of 96 patients with anterior dental aesthetic restoration admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected,all of whom received comprehensive nursing interventions,and their effects on oral health,aesthetic outcomes,and other aspects were observed.Results After intervention,the periodontal probing depth(PD),attachment level(AL),and gingival bleeding index(SBI)of patients were lower than before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient's red aesthetic index(PES)score and white aesthetic index(WES)score have improved compared to before repair,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the Oral Health Related Quality of Life Scale(OHIP-14)for patients after intervention was lower than before intervention(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction rate was 96.88%(93/96).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the oral health of patients undergoing aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth,achieve higher aesthetic restoration effects,and also enhance their quality of life and satisfaction.关键词
