Abstract
Objective To conduct a multi-dimensional value assessment of Xiakucao Tablets in the treatment of related diseases using a systematic approach,to assist in optimizing the national drug policy system and improving the scientific use of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Methods Centering on the"6+1"dimensions of safety,effectiveness,economy,suitability,accessibility,innovation and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology,a scientific and standardized qualitative and quantitative data integration analysis and comprehensive research and judgment were carried out.Results In terms of safety,there were no serious adverse reaction reports in the national adverse reaction monitoring data summary or literature records,and the incidence of adverse reactions was low,indicating good safety.In terms of efficacy,it showed good effects in improving thyroid diseases,breast diseases,and uterine fibroids.In terms of economy,Xiakucao Tablets have certain economic advantages.In terms of innovation,it demonstrated clinical innovation,pharmaceutical process innovation,and industrial innovation.In terms of suitability,it can meet the medication needs of doctors and patients in clinical practice,showing good suitability.In terms of accessibility,Xiakucao Tablets have a wide market coverage and can be purchased through medical insurance,with good continuous supply capacity.In terms of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology,the formula of Xiakucao Tablets has a deep theoretical foundation in traditional Chinese medicine and follows traditional Chinese medical concepts,showing significant traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.Conclusion The evaluation results of each dimension indicate that Xiakucao Tablets have good clinical value in the treatment of thyroid diseases,breast diseases,and uterine fibroids.关键词
