Abstract
Objective To explore the differences and spatial distribution patterns of empty nest elderly people's demand for community home-based elderly care services in China from 2008 to 2018.Methods Descriptive analysis was used to explore the change trend of demand level of home-based elderly care services in empty nest elderly communities, and the regional differences were measured by Thiel index, and the spatial distribution pattern and evolution trend of demand differences were visualized according to exploratory spatial data analysis. Results From 2008 to 2018,the demand rate of home-based elderly care services for empty nesters in China increased from 80.29%to 90.71%.The overall Thiel index showed a downward trend, and the overall regional difference decreased.According to the global Moran index, the spatial autocorrelation gradually changed from positive spatial correlation to no spatial correlation, and according to the evolution trend of LISA aggregation, the demand level in local areas is high and there are more heterogeneous areas. Conclusion According to the demand of empty nest elderly groups for elderly care services, the government should adapt measures to local conditions, time conditions, and policies, strengthen demand identification and accurate supply, and maximize service utility.关键词
