Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nifedipine combined with urapidil on serum soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1(sFIt-1)and 25 hydroxyvitamin D(25-(OH)-D)levels in patients with gestational hypertension. Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given nifedipine, and the observation group was given nifedipine combined with urapidil. The total effective rate, blood pressure index, hemorheology index,FIT-1,25-(OH)-D,incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, hemorheology index and serum FIT-1 level in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and 25-(OH)-D level was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Regarding adverse pregnancy outcomes, the incidence of cesarean section, premature delivery and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For pregnant hypertensive patients, the combination of nifedipine and urapidil can enhance the effect of blood pressure control, improve hemorheology and vascular endothelial function, regulate the level of 25-(OH)-D,which is conducive to reducing adverse pregnancy outcomes, and the adverse reactions after the combination of medication have not increased, and the safety is good.关键词
