Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of painkillers combined with dienogest on patients with endometriosis.Methods A total of 92 patients with endometriosis admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by lottery,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given desnogestrel,while the observation group was treated with painkillers combined with desnogestrel.The therapeutic effects,symptom scores and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared,and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)of the two groups of patients were detected.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the scores of dysmenorrhea,prolonged menstrual period,lower abdominal or pelvic pain,increased menstrual flow and dyspareunia in both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum FSH,CA125,E2 and LH in both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,PCT and CRP in both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no difference in the incidences of gastrointestinal discomfort,hot flashes,dizziness and fatigue,sleep disorders and rashes between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of painkillers with desnogestrel can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with endometriosis,alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce serum CA125 levels and endocrine indicators,improve the inflammatory state of the body,and has high safety.关键词
