摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combined treatment of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Wenyang Acupuncture in the recovery period of elderly patients with ischemic stroke for qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Eighty elderly patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in the recovery period of ischemic stroke admitted to Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Wenyang Acupuncture,while the observation group was given a combined treatment of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Wenyang Acupuncture.The TCM symptom scores,cardiopulmonary endurance indicators,neurological function scores,motor function scores,treatment effectiveness and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After the treatment,the scores of speech impediment,consciousness disorder and hemiplegia in both groups were lower than those before the treatment(P＜0.05),and the scores of each item in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the maximum oxygen uptake and maximum exercise load in both groups increased(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of both groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the motor function scores of the upper and lower limbs in both groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Wenyang Acupuncture for elderly patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome during the recovery period of ischemic stroke has a better effect.It can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve cardiopulmonary endurance indicators,restore motor function,and has a high treatment effective rate and a low incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
