摘要

Abstract

Objective Determine the volatile components in Duliang Pills.Methods The samples were analyzed using headspace-solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)instrument.GC-MS conditions were as follows:HP-5MS5%Phenyl Methyl Silox column(30 m×250 mm,0.25 µm),initial temperature of 50℃,and heating at 5℃/min to 230℃.The inlet temperature is 250℃,the carrier gas is 99.99%He,and the carrier gas flow rate is 1 ml/min;No diversion injection.The energy of the EI ionization source is 70 eV,and the temperature of the ion source is 230℃;Quadrupole rod temperature 150℃;Doubling tube voltage 1.2 kV;The scanning quality range is 35~550 m/z.Conditions for headspace microextraction:Weigh approximately 3.0 g of sample powder accurately,place it in a 15 ml headspace bottle,insert a manual sampler containing a 65 μm PDMS/DVB extraction fiber head,pre equilibrate at 80℃for 10 minutes,extract for 30 minutes,and immediately insert it into the chromatograph injection port(temperature 230℃);Desorption for 5 minutes.Results 87 components were detected in the powder of Duliang Pills,and 46 components were identified,accounting for 52.87%of the total volatile components.Conclusion This determination method can quickly and accurately determine and identify the volatile components in Duliang Pills,providing a scientific basis for the analysis of the pharmacological substance basis of Duliang Pills.
