Professor Yang Zhibo's Experience in Treating Rosacea with the Theory of"Treating China with Flowers"
摘要
Abstract
Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized mainly by erythema,papules,and telangiectasia occurring predominantly on the central face,referred to as"jiuzha nose"in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on years of clinical practice,Professor Yang Zhibo proposed the theory of"Treating China with Flowers,"which emphasizes using the light and ascendant nature of flower-based medicines to clear blood heat and resolve toxic stasis in the head and face.This approach is flexibly combined with syndrome differentiation of the organs and viscera,forming a distinctive diagnostic and treatment system.This article systematically summarizes his treatment experience from aspects such as theoretical origins,understanding of causes and pathogenesis,commonly used medications,and typical medical cases,aiming to provide a reference for clinical practice.关键词
