摘要
Abstract
Stomach cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive system in our country,with the high incidence and mortality,which seriously threatens the health of residents in our country.Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)are the key link in the formation of gastriccancer.Early detection and effective treatment can prevent the occurrence of gastric cancer.At present,modern medicine lacks effective treatment methods for PLGC,and mainly focuses on symptomatic treatment such as sterilization,acid inhibition,and endoscopic mucosal resection,which has poor patient acceptance,recurrent symptoms,and poor clinical effect.TCM has obvious advantages in the treatment of PLGC through the combination of four diagnoses and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Professor Jiang Shumin inherited the Chinese medical master Professor Li Yuqi"carbuncle treatment"academic thought and the Chinese medical master professor Zhou Xuewen"toxic heat"theory,combined with their own clinical experience for many years,that the disease and"poison""heat""stasis"and other factors are closely related,to clear the carbuncle,muscle and stomach as the treatment principle,Qingzhong Xiaoyong decoction treatment of PLGC,clinical results are good.关键词
