Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of staged nursing formulated based on the changing law of compliance curves combined with Teach-back health education on the health literacy and Barthel index of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 76 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in the First People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of randomization,with 38 cases in each group.Patients in the control group implemented the standardized routine nursing plan,while patients in the observation group were given the phased nursing combined with the teach-back health education plan formulated based on the changing law of the compliance curve.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of health knowledge,health belief,health behavior and health skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,compared with the control group,the scores of physical activity,exercise effect monitoring and active seeking of advice in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Barthel index and the score of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire(WHOQOL-BREF)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of phased nursing formulated based on the changing law of the compliance curve combined with Teach-back health education for patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the health literacy of patients,strengthen treatment compliance,promote the recovery of daily self-care ability,and improve the quality of life.关键词
