Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of comfort nursing on psychological state,sleep quality and pain in patients with chronic sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic sinusitis who received endoscopic sinus surgery in Gao'an People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comfort nursing.The psychological state,sleep quality,pain,complications and comfort of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of SPBS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05);The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 7 and 14 days after surgery(P＜0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than 21.95%in the control group(P＜0.05).The score of GCQ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery,the implementation of comfort care can effectively improve their psychological state and sleep quality,reduce pain,reduce complications,and further improve comfort.关键词
