Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Xuebijing injection combined with biapenem in the treatment of septic shock patients.Methods:The clinical data of 83 patients with sepsis shock admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to May 2024 were selected for analy-sis.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into a conventional group(41 cases)and an observation group(42 cases).All patients were given conventional supportive therapy,while the conventional group was treated with biapenem,and the obser-vation group was treated with Xuebijing injection+biapenem.The clinical efficacy,Sequential Organ Failure Assessment(SOFA)score,blood routine examination[neutrophil(N),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)],hemodynamics[mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),central venous pressure(CVP)],microcirculation status[central venous oxygen saturation(SC VO2),central venous-arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide difference(Pcv-aCO2),oxygenation index,blood lactate]and prognostic indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48％,which was higher than that of the conventional group(73.17％)(P＜0.05).After 3 d of treatment,the SOFA score in the observation group was decreased compared with the conventional group(P＜0.05).After 3 d of treatment,the levels of N,CRP,WBC,and ESR in the observation group were decreased compared to the control group(P＜0.05).After 3 d of treatment,the HR in the observation group was decreased compared with the conventional group,while MAP and CVP were increased compared with the conven-tional group(P＜0.05).After 3 d of treatment,the Pcv-aCO2 and blood lactate levels in the observation group were decreased compared with the conventional group,while the SCVO2 and oxygenation index were increased compared with the conventional group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in ICU admission time and 28 day survival rate between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xuebijing injection and biapenem has significant therapeutic effects on sepsis shock,impro-ving the patient's hemodynamic status and microcirculatory perfusion,effectively inhibiting inflammatory reactions,and improving the pa-tient's health status.关键词
