我院老年慢病患者合理用药评价指标研究分析
Research and Analysis of Evaluation Indicators for Rational Drug Use in Elderly Chronic Disease Patients in Our Hospital

Abstract
Objective:To study and formulate the evaluation indicators of potential inappropriate drug use in elderly patients with chro-nic diseases in our hospital,and provide reference for ensuring the rational use of drugs in clinical practice.Methods:Through literature search,the relevant content in standards and guidelines was summarized,extracted,screened,and sorted,and finally,the evaluation in-dicators of potential inappropriate drug use in elderly patients with chronic diseases in our hospital were obtained and a questionnaire was formulated.Then,a two-round expert survey was conducted using the Delphi method to obtain the final results.Results:The effective re-turn rate was 100％in both rounds of expert survey.The coefficient of coordination in the first round was 0.301(P=0.025),and the co-efficient of coordination in the second round was 0.310(P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Finally,20 evaluation indicators were included.Conclusion:The formulation of this evaluation indicator provides reference basis for the rational use of drugs in elderly patients with chronic diseases in our hospital,and also provides reference direction for pharmacy staff in reviewing prescriptions.关键词
