Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaoer Kechuanling Granules combined with Carbocisteine in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children.Method:A total of 124 children with acute bronchitis admitted to Beijing Daxing District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Carbocisteine alone,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Kechuanling Granules combined with Carbocisteine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the main symptom scores,peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and serum levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)and CXC chemokine ligand 10(CXCL10)before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.The occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups was analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than 80.65%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the cough,sputum,lung auscultation scores and levels of CD4+/CD8+,IL-4,sICAM-1 and CXCL10 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and CD8+levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment,the cough,sputum,lung auscultation scores and levels of CD4+/CD8+,IL-4,sICAM-1 and CXCL10 in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and CD8+levels was significantly higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of acute bronchitis in children,Xiaoer Kechualing Granules combined with Carbocisteine can effectively improve clinical efficacy,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response,correct immune dysfunction,and have good safety.关键词
