Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with acupuncture on patients with sleep disorder during recovery period of phlegm-heat and Fu-organ excess syndrome ischemic stroke,and analyze the effect of combination of acupuncture and medicine on improving patients'cognitive function.Method:A total of 220 patients with sleep disorders during the recovery period of phlegm-heat and Fu-organ excess syndrome ischemic stroke treated in Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group by randomized control method,with 110 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,the experimental group received Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment.The treatment effect,symptom score,sleep quality and cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Result:After 12 weeks of treatment,the main disease score,secondary disease score and total score of experimental group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of Athens insomnia scale(AIS)and homocysteine(HCY)in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the score of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),5-hydroxytryptophane(5-HT),β-amyloid 1-42(Aβ1-42)and Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)score in experimental group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with acupuncture can improve sleep quality,improve cognitive function,reduce discomfort symptoms and improve clinical efficacy in patients with sleep disorder during recovery period of phlegm-heat and Fu-organ excess syndrome ischemic stroke.关键词
