Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of single-hole endoscopic breast-conserving surgery and open breast-conserving surgery for patient with early breast cancer.Method:A total of 120 patients with early breast cancer admitted to Department of Breast Disease,Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to May 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.The control group(n=60)underwent open breast-conserving surgery,and the observation group(n=60)underwent single-hole endoscopic breast-conserving surgery.The perioperative indexes,postoperative complication rate,pain,inflammatory stress indexes,breast cosmesis effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the incision length was shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in drainage volume and drainage time between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The degree of pain in the observation group 7 days after operation was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the postoperative inflammatory stress indexes of the observation group 3 days after operation were lower than those of the control group,and all dimensions scores of functional assessment of cancer therapy-general(FACT-G)of the observation group 1 month after operation were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The breast cosmesis effect in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open breast-conserving surgery,single-hole endoscopic breast-conserving surgery has the advantages of less trauma,less pain and better breast cosmesis effect,and can reduce postoperative inflammatory stress stimulation in patients with early breast cancer,reduce the risk of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life.关键词
