Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of posterior percutaneous endoscopic cervical discectomy for cervical range motion and life quality of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method:A total of 128 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in Shiyan Renmin Hospital from December 2023 to September 2024 were divided into control group(n=64)and observation group(n=64)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with anterior cervical discectomy and fusion,the observation group was treated with posterior percutaneous endoscopic cervical discectomy.Then the total excellent and good rates,operative indexes(operative time,blood loss and postoperative hospitalization time),complication rates,cervical spine function[neck disability index(NDI)score],cervical range motion and life quality(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy life quality scale)before and after the operation of two groups were compared.Result:The total excellent and good rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the operative time and postoperative hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of control group,the blood loss was significantly less than that of control group,the total complication rate was significantly lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the NDI scores,cervical range motion and cervical spondylotic radiculopathy life quality scale scores of two groups before the operation were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the NDI scores and cervical spondylotic radiculopathy life quality scale scores of observation group at forth and twelfth week after the operation were significantly lower than those of control group,the cervical range motion were significantly larger than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improvement of posterior percutaneous endoscopic cervical discectomy for cervical range motion and life quality of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy are relatively significant,and its surgical effect and safety is higher.关键词
