Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Recombinant Human Lutropin α in the patients with decreased ovarian reserve and its influence on pregnancy outcome.Method:A total of 120 patients with decreased ovarian reserve in Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with Clomiphene Citrate Capsules,the observation group was treated with Recombinant Human Lutropin α on the treatment of control group.Then the endometrial receptivity indexes[endometrial thickness,resistive index(RI)and pulsatility index(PI)]and ovarian reserve indexes[serum anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)and inhibin B(INHB)]before and after the treatment,luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)levels at hCG day,ovulation situation(single follicle rates and ovulation rates),pregnancy outcome related indexes(high quality embryo rates,fertilization rates,implantation rates,pregnancy rates and miscarriage rates)and adverse reaction rates of two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in endometrial receptivity indexes and ovarian reserve indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness,serum AMH and INHB of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,RI and PI were lower than those of the control group,and the hCG day E2 level,single follicle rate,ovulation rate,high-quality embryo rate,fertilization rate,implantation rate and pregnancy rate were higher than those of the control group,and the abortion rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of various adverse reactions between the two groups showed no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Recombinant Human Lutropin α in the patients with decreased ovarian reserve is better,and it can significantly improve the ovulation induction effect and pregnancy outcome.关键词
