半导体激光联合齿痛消炎灵颗粒治疗慢性牙周炎的效果

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of semiconductor laser combined with Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules on chronic periodontitis.Method:A total of 102 patients with chronic periodontitis treated in Yichun People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=50,treated with Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules)and observation group(n=52,treated with semiconductor laser combined with Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules)according to the envelope random method.The clinical efficacy,periodontal indexes and levels of gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factors between the two groups were compared,and the recurrence rate of chronic periodontitis was recorded after 6 months of follow-up.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 92.31%,which was higher than 78.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI)and gingival crevicular bleeding index(SBI)scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in gingival crevicular fluid in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of observation group was 1.92%,which was lower than 14.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Semiconductor laser combined with Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules can effectively improve periodontal symptoms and inhibit gingival crevicular fluid inflammation in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.关键词
