摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction admitted to Fengcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to August 2023 were randomly divided into combination group and reference group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Clopidogrel.The combination group was treated with Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine on the basis of the control group,and the total course of treatment was 8 weeks.The score of national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS),early neurologic deterioration(END),cardiac function index and hemorheology index were compared between the two groups Result:After 8 weeks of treatment,NIHSS score,cardiac output(CO),hematopoietic volume,plasma viscosity and platelet adhesion rate in combination group were lower than those in reference group,and stroke volume(SV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were higher than those in reference group(P<0.05).Within 2 weeks after treatment,the incidence of END in combination group was lower than that in reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine combined with Clopidogrel can improve and repair nerve function,cardiac function,promote blood circulation,and reduce the risk of END.关键词
