Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of thoracic-mediastinal double-tube thoracic drainage and single-tube thoracic drainage in total endoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer.Method:According to the random number table method,80 patients with esophageal cancer in the Second People's Hospital of Gansu Province from February 2022 to January 2024 were divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases).Both groups underwent total endoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer.The control group were treated with single-tube thoracic drainage after operation,while the study group were treated with double-tube thoracic drainage after operation.The drainage,inflammation factors levels,hospitalization time and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no difference in drainage volume and hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).The indwelling time of the tube in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).48 h after catheter placement,the levels of white blood cell count(WBC)and C reactive protein(CRP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thoracic-mediastinal double-tube thoracic drainage can reduce inflammatory stimulation,shorten drainage time and reduce complications during total endoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer.关键词
