运动疗法联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床研究
Clinical study of Exercise Therapy Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of exercise therapy combined with western medicine on rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Method:A total of 100 patients with RA treated in the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from September 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with western medicine and the observation group was treated with exercise therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical indexes,inflammatory factors,bone metabolism indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the number of joint swelling and number of joint tenderness in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the time of morning stiffness was shorter than that in the control group,and the average hand grip strength was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and bone metabolism indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For RA,exercise therapy on the basis of western medicine can alleviate the symptoms of patients,improve inflammatory factors and bone metabolism indexes,promote recovery,and has safety.关键词
