扶正安中汤联合TP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的效果
Effect of Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction Combined with TP Regimen in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction combined with TP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method:A total of 102 patients with advanced NSCLC admitted to the Oncology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2022 to November 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group(treated with TP regimen,n=50)and combination group(treated with Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction combined with TP regimen,n=52)according to different treatment methods.The therapeutic efficacy,immune function indexes,serum tumor markers and drug safety between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of combination group was 76.92%,which was higher than 46.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+and CD4+in the combination group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of CD8+,cytokeratin 19 soluble fragment(CYFRA21-1),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction combined with TP regimen in the treatment of advanced NSCLC can improve the clinical efficacy,effectively improve the immune function of patients,inhibit the level of serum tumor markers,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
