电针联合CPM在老年KOA保守治疗患者中的应用效果
Application Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with CPM in Elderly Patients with Conservative Therapy of KOA

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of electroacupuncture combined with continuos passive motion(CPM)in elderly patients with conservative therapy of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Method:A total of 76 elderly patients with KOA admitted to Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.Both groups received routine intervention.On this basis,the control group(n=38)received electroacupuncture intervention,and the observation group(n=38)received electroacupuncture combined with CPM intervention.The total effective rate,pain relief,bone metabolism indexes,knee motion and function,quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than 76.32%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group after 3 months of intervention was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,alkaline phosphatase(ALP),bone gla protein(BGP)and bone alkaline phosphates(BALP)in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the knee flexion of observation group was larger than that of control group,and Lysholm knee score(LKS)was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The all dimension scores of short form-36(SF-36)of the observation group after 3 months of intervention were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In elderly patients with conservative therapy of KOA,the application of electroacupuncture combined with CPM can achieve good clinical effect,which is helpful to relieve the pain symptoms,improve the bone metabolism indexes,and improve the knee function and quality of life.关键词
