Effect of Auricular Point Pressure Bean Combined Focus Resolution Model on Symptom Scores and Anxiety Scores of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Liver Depression and Fire Type Anxiety

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of auricular point pressure bean combined focus resolution model on symptom scores and anxiety scores of patients with coronary heart disease combined with liver depression and fire type anxiety.Method:A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease combined with liver depression and fire type anxiety treated in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into combined group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.All patients were treated with conventional western medicine.After treatment,the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the combined group was treated with auricular point pressure bean combined focus resolution model.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,coronary artery disease self-management scale(CSMS)score,intervention effect,blood pressure control and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the combined group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of coronary heart disease intervention,the total effective rate of anxiety intervention and the nursing satisfaction rate of the combined group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the compliance rate of blood pressure control in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,SAS score in the combined group was lower than that in the control group,and CSMS scores were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point pressure bean combined focus resolution model can effectively improve the intervention effect of patients with coronary heart disease combined with liver depression and fire type anxiety,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and can better control blood pressure and adjust the anxiety state of patients.关键词
