Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological intervention focusing on the solution mode on the psychological state and sleep quality of patients with acute leukemia.Method:A total of 102 patients with acute leukemia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into study group(n=51)and control group(n=51)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the study group received psychological intervention focusing on the solution mode meanwhile.The psychological mood[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Chinese version of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],cancer-related fatigue and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the CD-RISC score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistical significant(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the study group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).The scores of different fatigue dimensions(behavior,emotion,feeling,cognition)in the study group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focusing on the solution mode of psychological intervention can help improve the psychological state and sleep quality of patients with acute leukemia,enhance their psychological resilience,reduce their fatigue,and increase their satisfaction with nursing care.关键词
