Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of feedforward control theory intervention in postpartum care and its influence on puerperal infection.Method:A total of 94 puerpera who gave birth in Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(feedforward control theory intervention),with 47 cases in each group.Puerperal infection,bad mood,pain,comfort,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of puerperal infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of patient health questionnaire(PHQ-9),generalized anxiety disorder scale(GAD-7)and pain numerical scale(NRS)in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of general comfort questionnaire(GCQ),the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Feedforward control theory intervention can prevent postpartum infections in puerpera,effectively alleviate their negative psychological state and pain,increase patient comfort,and improve their quality of life,thereby enhancing patient satisfaction.关键词
