Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of S-ABC psychological intervention combined with four-in-one cloud roaming communication in hemodialysis patients.Method:A total of 94 cases of end-stage renal disease treated with hemodialysis in the Putian University Affiliated Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as observation samples,and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the experimental group was introduced S-ABC psychological intervention combined with four-in-one cloud roaming communication based on the control group.Emotional state,social support score,health behavior score and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the negative emotion score of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the positive emotion score,social support score,health promotion lifestyle profile scale Ⅱ(HPLPⅡ)score and kidney disease-specific questionnaire(KDQ)score of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of S-ABC psychological intervention combined with four-in-one cloud roaming communication mechanism in maintenance hemodialysis patients is conducive to the optimization of their emotions,the improvement of social support and health behavior level,and the improvement of quality of life.关键词
