沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合穴位贴敷对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响
Effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Combined Acupoint Application on Cardiac Function in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Sacubitril Valsartan combined acupoint application on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Method:A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in Department of Critical Care Medicine,Shangrao Central Hospital from January to June 2024 were analyzed retrospectively.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sacubitril Valsartan,and the observation group was treated with Sacubitril Valsartan combined with acupoint application.The clinical efficacy,6 min walking test distance,quality of life and ultrasound indexes of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 82.50%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6 min walking test distance,quality of life and ultrasound indexes of both groups were improved,the 6 min walking test distance of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the each item score of 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)and left ventricular ejection fraction were higher than those of the control group,and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-systolic were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sacubitril Valsartan combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic heart failure can promote the improvement of patients'heart function and quality of life.关键词
