Relationship between Thromboelastography Parameters and Prognosis in Patients with Cerebral Infarction of Different Ages and Genders

Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between thromboelastography(TEG)parameters and prognosis of cerebral infarction patients of different ages and genders.Method:A total of 70 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into male group(n=41)and female group(n=29)according to gender,and divided into elderly group(n=45)and young group(n=25)according to age.TEG parameters of each group were compared.To investigate the relationship between TEG parameters and prognosis of cerebral infarction patients of different ages and genders.Result:There was no significant difference in TEG parameters between different genders of cerebral infarction patients(P>0.05).Angle value(α value),and maximum clot intensity(MA)in the elderly group were higher than those in the younger group,and composite index of coagulation(CI)was lower than that of the younger group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among cerebral infarction patients of different ages,α value and MA value in patients with poor prognosis were higher than those with good prognosis,and coagulation reaction time(R value),blood agglutination time(K value)and CI were lower than those with good prognosis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a close relationship between TEG parameters and prognosis in patients with cerebral infarction of the same age.In clinical practice,corresponding prevention and treatment measures for cerebral infarction can be formulated based on age.关键词
