摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the changes in peripheral blood immune cell levels in patients with influenza A.Method:A total of 123 patients with influenza A virus who tested positive for nucleic acid/antigen were selected from the Third People's Hospital of Jiujiang from January 2023 to March 2024,and were divided into mild group(n=80)and severe/critical group(n=43)according to the severity of the disease.Another 50 age-matched healthy people from the physical examination center of our hospital were selected as the control group.Peripheral blood lymphocyte count(LYM),T lymphocyte subsets and the levels of cytokines[interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10),transforming growth factor β(TGF-β)]secreted by regulatory T cell(Treg)were detected and compared among the three groups.Result:The levels of peripheral blood LYM and CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in the severe/critical group were lower than those in the mild group and control group,and CD8+level was higher than those in mild group and control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-4,IL-10 and TGF-β in the severe/critical group were lower than those in the mild group and control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:T lymphocyte mediated cellular immunity is involved in the occurrence and development of influenza A,and peripheral blood LYM,T lymphocyte subsets,and cytokines secreted by Treg can serve as potential indicators for patient condition assessment.
