摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy(US-FNAB)in differentiating benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Method:A total of 80 patients with thyroid nodule admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.Pathological examination, routine ultrasound examination and US-FNAB were performed on all patients. The diagnostic efficacy of routine ultrasound examination and US-FNAB was evaluated using pathological examination results as the gold standard.Result:The pathological examination results showed that among the 80 patients with thyroid nodules,a total of 141 nodules were detected;among them,101 were benign nodules, accounting for 71.63%,and 40 were malignant nodules, accounting for 28.37%;among them, there were 59 benign patients, accounting for 73.75%,there were 21 patients with malignant nodules, accounting for 26.25%.Routine ultrasound showed that among 141 thyroid nodules,129 were benign and 12 were malignant.US-FNAB results showed that among 141 thyroid nodules,104 were benign and 37 were malignant. The sensitivity, accuracy and negative predictive value of US-FNAB in the diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules were higher than those of conventional ultrasound, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:US-FNAB has high diagnostic value in differentiating benign and malignant thyroid nodules.关键词
