Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of lithotripsy at different positions in upper ureteral calculus.Method:A total of 80 patients with upper ureteral calculi treated in Nanning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=40,received displaced lithotripsy)and study group(n=40,received in-situ lithotripsy)according to random number table method.The stone clearance rate,operation time,hospital stay,stress response,renal function and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The stone clearance rate and the incidence of ureteral stenosis in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of perinephritis was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 day after operation,the levels of procalcitonin(PCT),C reactive protein(CRP),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine were increased compared with those before operation(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in hospital stay,the incidence of urinary tract infection and periureteritis,and PCT,CRP,BUN and serum creatinine 1 day after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lithotripsy at different positions can achieve good results,in-situ lithotripsy can shorten the operation time,and the stone clearance rate is high,but it will increase the risk of complications of ureteral stenosis.关键词
