耳穴揿针治疗对双相情感障碍患者认知功能的影响
Effect of Auricular Acupoint Press Needle on Cognitive Function in Patients with Bipolar Disorder
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of auricular acupoint press needle on cognitive function in patients with bipolar disorder.Method:A total of 104 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from March 1 to December 30,2023 were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with auricular acupoint press needle in the heart,brain,kidney and cortex of auricular acupoint,and the control group used imitation patches without needle at the same acupoint.All patients were treated for 4 weeks.The Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)was used to assess the cognitive function of the patients,the Hamilton depression scale-17(HAMD-17),the Bech-Rafaelsdn Mania rating scale(BRMS)were used to assess the psychiatric symptoms,and the 12-item short form health survey(SF-12)was used to assess the quality of life of the patients,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded.Result:After intervention,the cognitive function,depressive symptoms,mania symptoms and quality of life in the treatment group were significantly improved,and each dimension score of MoCA and total score in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,HAMD-17 and BRMS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and all dimension scores of SF-12 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupoint press needle treatment can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients with bipolar disorder,improve clinical symptoms and improve quality of life.关键词
