Study on the Relationship between Limb Ischemia Reperfusion Injury and Gut Microbiota Based on the Axis Theory of"Heart-spleen-small Intestine"Axis
摘要
Abstract
Limb ischemia reperfusion injury(LI-RI)is one of the common diseases that seriously threaten human health.Modern medicine has found that intestinal health is closely related to inflammatory diseases,and LI-RI is closely related to inflammatory diseases.Intestinal flora and LI-RI may be related through intestinal microbial metabolism,immune response,inflammatory response and other aspects.The potential targeting of intestinal flora in LI-RI therapy will also become the focus of future research.In traditional medical theory,"the heart and the small intestine are external and internal to each other,the spleen is the main limbs,the source of Qi and blood biochemistry,and the large and small intestine belong to the stomach".The relationship between LI-RI and digestive flora is linked through"heart-spleen-small intestine".Therefore,this paper discusses LI-RI and intestinal flora based on the theory of"heart-spleen-small intestine"axis.In order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of LI-RI by traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
