摘要
Abstract
Postoperative delirium(POD)and postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD)are common postoperative complication,which are closely related to risk factors,pathological mechanism and clinical outcome.POD is mainly manifested as acute impairment of attention and consciousness,and POCD is mainly manifested as impairment of cognitive functions such as memory and abstract thinking.The etiology and pathological mechanism of POD and POCD are not clear,the treatment method is limited,and it seriously affect the life and health of patients,so its prevention is particularly important.In recent years,transcutaneous electric acupoint stimulation(TEAS)has been widely used as a non-drug therapy in the prevention of POD and POCD.This article reviews the mechanism and clinical application of TEAS in the prevention of POD and POCD in recent years.关键词
