健脾通络解毒方联合热敏灸治疗脾虚湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究
Clinical Study of Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu Formula Combined with Heat-sensitive Moxibustion in the Treatment of Spleen Deficiency Damp-Heat Type Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu Formula combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on spleen deficiency and damp-heat type ulcerative colitis.Method:Sixty patients with spleen deficiency and damp-heat type ulcerative colitis admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology at Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,each consisting of 30 cases.The control group was treated with Mesalazine Enteric Coated Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu Formula combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion.Before and after the treatment of the two groups,the TCM syndrome scores were evaluated,detection of CD3+mature T lymphocytes(CD3+),CD4+T lymphocytes(CD4+),CD4+/CD8+cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CD4+/CD8+),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels,the modified Mayo score and the endoscopic activity of ulcerative colitis(Baron)endoscopic score were used to evaluate the severity of the patients'own diseases,and the therapeutic effects and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,compared with the control group,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes(abdominal pain and diarrhea,mucus and bloody stool,anal burning sensation,anaphora),modified Mayo score,Baron endoscopic score,and the levels of inflammatory factors(IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α)in the treatment group all decreased,while the levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+all increased(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Although the total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination treatment of Jianpi Tongluo Jiedu Formula with heat-sensitive moxibustion for patients with ulcerative colitis with spleen deficiency and damp-heat can reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve immune function,reduce inflammatory response,improve clinical treatment effect and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
