降脂方加减联合穴位埋线治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Modified Jiangzhi Formula and Acupoint Catgut Embedding in the Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Jiangzhi Formula and acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Method:A total of 120 NAFLD patients from August 2023 to May 2024 who were admitted in Binzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was given routine treatment,and the study group was given modified Jiangzhi Formula combined with acupoint catgut embedding treatment on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,liver ultrasound efficacy,controlled attenuation parameter(CAP)of fat,body mass index(BMI),liver function,and blood lipid levels in both groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%(57/60),which was higher than 81.67%(49/60)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NAFLD ultrasound grading of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and that in the study group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of treatment,CAP and BMI of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the levels of aspartate transaminase(AST),alanine transaminase(ALT),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GGT)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),and triglyceride(TG)were lower than those before treatment,the levels of HDL-C in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of LDL-C,TC,and TG were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Jiangzhi Formula and acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of NAFLD can promote clinical efficacy and liver ultrasound efficacy,reduce CAP and BMI,and improve liver function and blood lipid levels.关键词
