针刺联合颞浅动脉旁注射复方樟柳碱注射液在糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹中的疗效
Therapeutic Efficacy of Acupuncture Combined with Subcutaneous Injection of Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection Adjacent to the Superficial Temporal Artery in Diabetic Oculomotor Paralyses

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with subcutaneous injection of Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection adjacent to the superficial temporal artery in patients with diabetic oculomotor paralyses.Method:A total of 80 patients with diabetic oculomotor nerve palsy admitted to Mudanjiang Medical University Affiliated Hongqi Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by subcutaneous injection of Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection adjacent to the superficial temporal artery,and the observation group was treated by acupuncture combined with subcutaneous injection of Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection adjacent to the superficial temporal artery.The total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions,pupil diameter,eye cleft width,diplopia(diplopia visual score and diplopia angle)and eye motion(activity of levator palpebral muscle,superior rectus muscle,inferior rectus muscle and inferior oblique muscle)between the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pupil diameter,eye cleft width,diplopia and eye motion between the two groups(P>0.05).After 14 and 28 d of treatment,the pupil diameter,diplopia visual score and diplopia angle in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the eye cleft width and eye motion indexes were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with subcutaneous injection of Compound Anisodine Hydrobromide Injection adjacent to the superficial temporal artery has good efficacy and high safety in patients with diabetic oculomotor nerve palsy,so it has high application value in patients with diabetic oculomotor nerve palsy.关键词
