克氏针钛缆张力带内固定术治疗髌骨骨折患者的临床效果及对血液流变学、炎症因子的影响
Clinical Effect of Kirschner Wire Titanium Cable Tension Band Internal Fixation on Patients with Patella Fracture and Its Influence on Hemorheology and Inflammatory Factors

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Kirschner wire titanium cable tension band internal fixation on patients with patella fracture and its influence on hemorheology and inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 80 patients with patellar fracture admitted to Yingtan 184th Hospital from July 2023 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group underwent Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation,and the study group underwent Kirschner wire titanium cable tension band internal fixation.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indexes,high blood viscosity(HBV),low blood viscosity(LBV),plasma viscosity(PV),fibrinogen(FIB),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels before and after surgery,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than 72.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the operation time,postoperative hospital stay and fracture healing time of the study group were shorter,the intraoperative blood loss was less,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score 3 days after surgery was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 week after surgery,the levels of HBV,LBV,PV,FIB,IL-6 and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of IL-10 was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 7.50%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kirschner wire titanium cable tension band internal fixation can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients with patellar fracture,adjust the levels of hemorheological parameters and inflammatory factors,and good safety.关键词
