针灸推拿结合Maitland手法综合治疗肩周炎的临床观察
Clinical Observation on the Comprehensive Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis with Acupuncture and Massage Combined with Maitland Manipulation

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with Maitland manipulation on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Method:A total of 110 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis of shoulder treated in Xinyu People's Hospital from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Maitland manipulation,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture and massage on the basis of the conventional group.The effect of treatment and the changes of motion,function and pain of shoulder joint were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the shoulder joint motion of experimental group were greater than those of conventional group,the shoulder joint function scores were higher than those of conventional group,and the shoulder joint pain scores were lower than those of conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage combined with Maitland manipulation in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis of shoulder has better curative effect,and better improvement of functional motion,function and pain of shoulder joint.关键词
