摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of timing of internal fixation operation on pain and complications of patients with traumatic multiple rib fractures.Method:The clinical data of 70 patients with traumatic multiple rib fractures admitted to the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of the Second People's Hospital of Guiyang from January 2023 to June 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into group A(open reduction and internal fixation of rib fracture within 72 h after injury,n=38)and group B(internal fixation was performed 72 h to 2 weeks after injury,n=32)according to the time of operation. The changes of operation, fracture healing, pain, complications and inflammation indexes between the two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage tube retention time and postoperative fracture healing rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of getting out of bed in group A was earlier than that in group B,the duration of postoperative hospitalization and pain were shorter than those in group B,and the dose of analgesic drugs used at 3 d after surgery was less than that in group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 3 d after operation, the inflammatory indexes of group A were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in group A was lower than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with traumatic multiple rib fractures, open reduction and internal fixation within 72 h after injury can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten the pain time, and reduce serum inflammatory reaction, and its specific recovery effect is better than that of surgery 72 h after injury.关键词
