Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones.Method:A total of 100 patients with gallstones who received treatment at Fengcheng City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between January 2021 and August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table.The experimental group(n=50)underwent transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy,while the control group(n=50)received three-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Clinical indicators(total incision length,intraoperative blood loss,operative duration,postoperative anal exhaust time,length of hospital stay),pain status[McGill Brisbane symptom score(MBSS)],serum indicators[sterol regulatory element-binding protein 2(SREBP-2),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)],quality of life[World Health Organization quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100)],and the incidence of complications(bleeding,incision infection,bile leakage,urinary retention)were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in operative duration between the two groups(P>0.05),the total incision length,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the postoperative anal exhaust time was earlier than that of the control group(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,the MBSS of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).On postoperative day 3,serum levels of SREBP-2,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).3 months after surgery,scores in psychological,physiological,independence,spiritual support,and social relationship domains in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively shorten the total incision length,reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten postoperative anal exhaust time and length of hospital stay,reduce postoperative pain,and improve serum indexes and quality of life.关键词
