清热止带方坐浴联合坤泰胶囊治疗绝经后萎缩性阴道炎的效果
The Effect of Qingre Zhidai Prescription Sitz Bath Combined with Kuntai Capsules in the Treatment of Postmenopausal Atrophic Vaginitis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Qingre Zhidai Prescription sitz bath combined with Kuntai Capsules on postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis.Method:A total of 200 postmenopausal patients with atrophic vaginitis admitted to the Gynecology Department of Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into a control group(n=100)and an observation group(n=100)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with Kuntai Capsules+Tibolone,the observation group was treated with Qingre Zhidai Prescription sitz bath+Kuntai Capsules,and both groups were treated for 2 months.The inflammatory factors,immune function index level,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,vaginal health score and reproductive hormone of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:Compared with the control group,the serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and vaginal health scores in the observation group decreased after treatment,and the serum sIgA level increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and estradiol(E2)in both groups decreased after treatment,while progesterone(P)increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after the treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of various reproductive hormones between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Qingre Zhidai Prescription sitz bath and Kuntai Capsules can alleviate inflammatory reactions,improve immune function,and promote clinical symptom improvement in postmenopausal patients with atrophic vaginitis.关键词
