Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of nursing management intervention combined with venous positioning technique on the success rate of first venous puncture in children.Method:A total of 108 children who received venous puncture treatment in Lixia District People's Hospital of Jinan City from March to September 2024 were randomly assigned into two groups,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received standard nursing,and the experimental group was treated with venous locator for puncture positioning combined nursing management intervention based on the control group.The success rate,complication rate,treatment compliance and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The success rate,total compliance rate and family satisfaction of experimental group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in experimental group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of nursing management intervention and venous positioning technology has effectively improved the success rate and nursing quality of pediatric intravenous infusion,increased the satisfaction of families members,and reduced complications,which has important clinical value.关键词
