Effect of Spousal Holistic Participatory Care and Modified Caring Nursing after Abortion on the Recovery of Patients with Missed Abortion

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of spousal holistic participatory care and modified caring nursing after abortion on the recovery of patients with missed abortion.Method:A total of 103 missed abortion patients treated in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected and grouped by random number table method.The control group(n=51)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=52)received spousal holistic participatory care and modified caring nursing after abortion.The negative emotion,social support,stress level and coping ability were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the negative emotion scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the subjective support,objective support,support utilization scores and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the stress level of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the coping ability of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spousal holistic participatory care combined with modified caring nursing after abortion can significantly improve the psychological status of missed abortion patients,increase social support,reduce stress level,and enhance coping ability.关键词
