Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of combined Modified Huangtu Decoction and Omeprazole Sodium in acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding(AUGIB).Method:A total of 86 AUGIB patients were selected,all patients were admitted to the 925th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of Chinese People's Liberation Army from January 2022 to January 2024,and were divided into two groups by random numbers table,with 43 cases each.The control group was treated with Omeprazole Sodium,and the observation group was added with Modified Huangtu Decoction.Two groups were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,hemostasis,pH value of gastric juice,hemoglobin level,coagulation function,gastrointestinal function indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of observation group(95.35%)was higher than that of control group(81.40%),the time of hemostasis,abdominal pain disappearance and blood pressure stabilization were(32.96±4.15)h,(40.85±3.41)h and(2.37±0.41)d in the observation group,which were earlier than(52.86±5.34)h,(49.01±4.87)h and(3.86±0.47)d in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pH value of gastric juice in the observation group was(7.14±1.04),which was higher than(6.07±0.85)in the control group,and the hemoglobin level in the observation group was(114.41±11.47)g/L,which was higher than(105.41±10.35)g/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)in the observation group were(12.17±1.03),(26.41±2.03),(16.25±1.24)s,which were shorter than(13.51±1.12),(29.74±2.12),(18.46±1.29)s in the control group(P<0.05).The gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)levels in the observation group were(38.96±3.45)ng/L,(125.68±12.54)pg/mL,which were lower than(42.87±4.85)ng/L,(150.87±15.41)pg/mL in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).No significant adverse effects occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The combination of Modified Huangtu Decoction and Omeprazole Sodium can improve the therapeutic effect of AUGIB,shorten the hemostasis time,alleviate the coagulation dysfunction,accelerate the hemoglobin recovery,and have a good safety profile.关键词
