芪丹通络颗粒联合中药熏蒸对气虚血瘀、寒凝脉阻证2型糖尿病周围神经病变的影响
Effects of Qidan Tongluo Granules Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Peripheral Neuropathy with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis,Cold Coagulation Pulse Obstruction Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Qidan Tongluo Granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on type 2 diabetic mellitus peripheral neuropathy.Method:A total of 96 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus peripheral neuropathy treated in Diabetes Branch of Xingtai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2022 to November 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Epalrestat Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Qidan Tongluo Granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),hemorheology index,uric acid(UA),urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(ACR),urinary microalbumin,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)score between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:After treatment,FPG and 2 h PG in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,UA,urinary ACR and urinary microalbumin in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,whole blood viscosity(high cut,medium cut,low cut)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCSS scores and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qidan Tongluo Granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has remarkable effect on the treatment of type 2 diabetic mellitus peripheral neuropathy,which can reduce blood glucose and uric acid,improve microcirculation,reduce blood viscosity and relieve clinical symptoms.关键词
