Abstract
Objective:To analyze the preventive effect of adding Motherwort Injection on the basis of Ergometrine Maleate and Oxytocin on postpartum haemorrhage after natural delivery.Method:A total of 80 natural delivery parturients admitted to Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40)according to different medication methods.The control group was given Ergometrine Maleate and Oxytocin after delivery,and the study group added Motherwort Injection on the basis of Ergometrine Maleate and Oxytocin.The cumulative blood loss 2,12 and 24 h after delivery were compared between the two groups.The coagulation function indexes[fibrinogen(FIB),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)]of the two groups were compared before and 24 h after delivery.The postpartum recovery of the two groups was compared.The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Result:The cumulative blood loss 2,12 and 24 h after delivery in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The FIB of both groups 24 h after delivery were higher than those before delivery,and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).PT,TT and APTT in both groups 24 h after delivery were shorter than those before delivery,and those in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of lochia in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the depth of uterine cavity,the incidence of uterine effusion and late rebleeding rate were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Adding Motherwort Injection on the basis of Ergometrine Maleate and Oxytocin can reduce postpartum hemorrhage and promote postpartum recovery in natural delivery parturients,with good safety.关键词
